Poor service
The tv signal keeps disappearing. In fact, it is not possible to watch any program normally. Prior to the introduction of helio, there were no such problems. I live in Armidale. Such problems are here for many who have a Optus connection. My TV recently had a decoder changed - it's new and shouldn't be a problem. If there are already such problems with signal transmission, then the payment for such a defective service should also be reduced. I have a senior package connection.
