A credit refund

If you are receiving a shipment from Tactical USA please call them when you receive the email notice. They will be happy to issue you a refund to your account..NO CALL NO REFUND.. I also followed up with my credit card to refute my charge. FYI

I ordered and paid for a camera March 17, 2021! Cust svc rep said the camera would arrive on or before 4/28/2021. Still has not arrived as of this date! Little wonder your approval rating is 1.3!

Merchandise ordered 3/17/21/paid for/never received! called Customer service 4/19/21 they assured me it would arrive by 4/28/20! No explanation from company and no merchandise! No wonder your ratings are in the toilet! Call me an ex-customer! User’s recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! PERIOD!!

This company is the worst! Added charges not by me…

Decided NOT to order thought I had canceled the whole order. Then multiple charges show up in my bank acct, omg!!! So still fighting for money refund but fear to hope User’s recommendation: Don’t order anything, it is a scam…still trying to get my money..
