I bought my daughter a ticket to Turkey with a package that can cancel and change the flight . I saw a good offer from the agency tripsta.org and of course I use it. It was not possible to contact the company when the flight was canceled. I did not receive an answer to the emails, I sent them several times. I lost 500 USD.
