So I ordered a pair of shoes from this company in late March. The shoes were never delivered (delivery date was April 7th) and the delivery service told me to contact the shipper (T.U.K.) in order to help rectify the situation. Pretty much zero response from these people. Multiple emails to both general inquiries and marketing, multiple...

Misdiagnosis and Unprofessional Treatment
Thanks to Beinart Clinic, I have spent extra money and nerves! After this year At the solstice (Midsummer celebrations), my Jack Russell puppy had a bad time, just on the day he was 6 months old. Of course, after living in the countryside, I returned to the big city, where at At 21:00 in the evening I realized that a puppy who "vomits" and trembles should be taken to the clinic. The first thing that came to mind was Beinart Clinic, because I once lived next door and I know that the clinic has a 24-hour reception. Leaving the clinic and filling in all the papers, we came to the doctor on duty (Abubakars Gasanhanovs). The doctor measured the temperature, pressed the puppy, everything as usual. I told about the symptoms and the doctor decided to make an X-ray, one without and the other with the reactant, to understand what happens to a puppy with a pussy. X-ray examination was followed by the craziest - the doctor diagnosed the puppy with a serious and rare disease - megaesophagus, which is simply an extension of the esophagus. Needless to say, the doctor did not explain much at the moment about the syringes given to the puppy, the medicines he had to buy (some of them were strong medicines) and what the diagnosis was, how to get it and how to live with it. At the moment of shock, of course, I bought all the drugs and listened to the instructions for their use, paid for the clinic services and went home, but a day later, with a clearer head, I started gathering information both from Internet resources and seeking advice from other veterinarians. It all ended withthat after 5 days (during which the puppy had only a little better) we went to another clinic with a puppy, where consultations are provided by professors and doctors from Cincinatti (Canada University of Agriculture). When we went to this clinic, it was immediately clear to the doctor that there was no problem with the esophageal dilation, but for safety we did two more x-rays in the same way. Looking at the x-rays, it was immediately clear that the puppy was fine with the esophagus and the doctor at Beinart Clinic may have confused the trachea with the esophagus. I was late from the heart like a stone, when after the consultation the real diagnosis was a cold throat and gas in the abdomen - IT'S ALSO ALL! 'Charcoal' and Faringospray would have helped from the beginning without poisoning the puppy with excess medicine. The puppy felt great after the day!where consultations are provided by professors and doctors from Cincinatti (Canada University of Agriculture). I have both a check and an X-ray, but I won't publish it here. I've never written a complaint on this site and I don't tend to do it, but this time I really feel thoroughly "chakra"! I do not blame the professionalism of the clinic, but my recent experience has taught me a lesson and I will NEVER set foot in this clinic again in my life. I am writing this complaint in the knowledge that no one will reimburse me for the incomplete 100USD spent and the puppy, as well as my health, worried about a difficult diagnosis, but please think carefully before choosing a clinic to take your pet to! I wish you not to experience such situations and that our pets will be provided with adequate and professional help if needed.
