Big disappointment...

I have been a customer of xMobile for many years, and in the meantime I had the impression that this is a company that really has a different policy towards clients. Recently purchased so that I changed my place of residence and the new site has a strong jacket choice for internet providers. Seeing the xMobile 4G unlimited home internet advertisement, I decided to take it for testing for 14 days, because the alternative is only Optus DSL with 20 Mbit / s or other mobile operators (not counting radio links with huge installation costs). For the first three days I was very satisfied with the performance of xMobile 4G and even, almost, I left ahead of time to stop the test and sign an agreement on the use of the service in the future, but at the same time I had taken the Internet TV "TV box" for testing. from the company MedaiSmartTV, which provides a wide range of TV channels at a very democratic price (within the campaign) - is not based on p2p, which is specifically highlighted as a breach of the xMobile agreement. The television signal comes directly from the company's server and its operation requires ~ 5 Mbit / s internet speed, which xMobile 4G network coped with without any problems, as it consistently provided speeds from 25-40 Mbit / s all day (morning / day / evening; night I don't know - I slept : ) ). But then came the big surprise - on the evening of the fourth day, Internet TV started to "curse", at first I thought that the "TV box" itself was to blame, but then, after a joke, I tested the Internet speed, and my surprise was great when www. speedtest. net showed 1. 5 Mbit / s... I think there will be some "slug", so I need to restart the router. After the restart, nothing changed, I thought that the fault would be in the "central", so I tested 4G with a mibolo phone - the indicator is 25 Mbit / s. I decided to call the operator of the "other company". At the beginning of the conversation, the operator was genuinely surprised by this drop in speed, but later refining my data and number, it turned out that I have downloaded a lot of information, so to reduce the infrastructure load in the evening, the system automatically (18:30 - 23:30) I have a speed... We also ended the conversation with that. I decided to read the concluded 4G internet contract - yes, there is such a point. But that's not what this story is about. The story is that nothing about such restrictions is mentioned publicly anywhere, not even when 4G is taken for testing. I will add even more - when xMobile advertises its 4G, it deliberately misleads customers, because it is claimed, I quote: "Bite internet is stable, whether you spend only a few MB a month or you are a real internet guru - no tricks or speed limits! "I tried to solve this situation through" friendly operators ", but in return I get a standardized answer that they want to provide everyone has the same opportunities ie equalizes the speed in the evening so that everyone gets to the internet... The interesting thing is that for the first three days everyone was still on the internet and nothing was restricted to me. In addition, I turned off the internet TV test "box" the second day, but in the evenings of xMobile 4G it is still 1. 5 Mbit / s... The moral of the story is that, of course, you always have to read the terms of the contract, it is a fact and at my age you should know it, but the most important thing in this story is and remains that business always and everywhere remains only business - a person is only a source of income. All Bite's pride in friendliness, special attitude towards the customer and individual approach is empty sound and marketing.
