Slow updating account

Synovus is very slow drafting farms from account. It started out from the weekends. Now it takes at least 3-4 days for my account to adjust. Maybe this a strategy. for the bank to help create overdraft fees? Other banks take the funds out same day regardless the weekend or holiday.
