Completely dissatisfied.

Bought the swiffer a out a month ago, now its not dispensing the cleanser. Changed the batteries, and nothing, cleaned the small hoses in the front. and nothing is happening. By now, I am unable to return it. What can I do?

The dirt magnet strip doesnt stay on the swiffer

While I am cleaning the floors the dirt magnet strip comes loose and drops off the mop head. Drives me crazy. No matter how hard I attach it to the bottom of the mop it still pulls off.. And also it doesn’t hold crumbs etc to the dirt magnet strip
