I use Swiffer Dusters and it’s very wasteful that each box has a handle. The handles are hard plastic & last a very long time. I don’t have any other uses for these handles so every time I open a new box, the extra handle gets tossed in the trash. Handles should be packaged & sold separately....

Using my Swiffer on my laminated floors, easy clean, but the slightest pressure on the handle to push it and it starts cracking and eventually breaks. I love the swiffer and the job it does, but please reinforce the handle.
Whenever I try to use my Swiffer mop I get so frustrated. I am 5’8″ tall, and I literally need to bend down to use the mop because the handle is so short!! Also, the handle is very weak in the middle and bends too easily. Why can’t Swiffer make a longer (telescoping) handle that is strong...

The mop head adapter to the handle broke due to stress concentration in the molded plastic . Poor design and avoidable If Swiffer had any concern for their customer. This occurs in the Swiffer Wet and Dry mop and I’m certain this occurs in the tens of thousands. See the pictures.
I bought a swiffer wet jet mop and less than a month later it will barely spray and then only out of one side. They apparently are making them cheaper and cheaper these days. For the guaranteed money back you would have to have receipt and the cardboard box wrapped around mop. I don’t keep trash that...
