Sold me a bad engine!!! Warranty don’t work lost a lot of money!!! Wish i would’ve seen these reviews before i bought it!!
Received engine on Dec.14th. Mechanic finished installation on the 21st. Horrible rod knock. Contacted warranty department. Tons of text messages back and forth, no satisfaction. Haven’t received any correspondence in 2 weeks. I’m pissed. They have my $1800 plus what it cost to r & r engine. I’m out over $3000.
Ordered an engine, paid for installation. Engine was defective. They sent another and said to keep the old one for scrap. Should have known right there. There is NO value to their products. They said they would pay labor fees for second engine installation. Second engine was bad. Now saying it’s not under warranty. Customer Service horrible....
