Rewards not posted

i have not received credit for three surveys, I did today even though I received the message that I had completed the survey. What is going On?
Can’t log in to the swagbucks website a few days after trying to claim a $25 gift card and $5 gift card. The log in website tells me to contact customer support . I submitted a ticket and they have not responded to me for almost a week. User’s recommendation: Avoid swagbucks.
I don’t know what’s wrong. Every time I try to buy something it says it needs to be verified and when I try to verify it says something like ” You have exceeded the number of verifications. Unable to cash out.

Rules laid out for cashing out and maintaining the account are counterproductive and lead to not being able to use the service. Seems like a scam half the time.

Will not call me

I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks without a response they owe me over 3800 points and i just want someone from their company to call me User’s recommendation: it depends on how they treat me.

Poor service

Today, the AuMobile program is shown on television on the LTV1 channel. I do not recommend using the new Helio program. Much more complicated than the old ones, much more need to press buttons and less information on the screen. Increase in time consumption when switching channels and traveling through the program - 2 times longer than the old program. To whom it is beneficial is not understood. Only 3 programs appear in the window at a time when you can see the program - previously there were at least 12!
