Spent $109 to get an ESA letter to be used for my emotional support dog to fly with me on an airline. The letter was denied by all of the major airline carriers!!!!
I purchase an “ESA” letter and tried to use it on 3 different airlines, all 3 airlines denied the letter and stated it needed to be from a therapist who is currently treating you for your disability. User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT DOES NOT WORK ON ANY AIRLINE!!! The support team is non existent!

My bank said that the payment went to you and you said it never came through
I have emailed the company several times and called twice and still have not received the document. I received a text message stating that the document was ready and to click on the link to download it. The link does not work. User’s recommendation: Please avoid this company, you lose your money.
