Poor service

Good company. When the product is always in place. But under no circumstances should you pay money if you are not sure that the product is for them. It called me, told me that the product is, sent a prepayment. I paid. It turns out that they do not have the goods. I wrote a letter and an application for a refund. It's been a month. Money Do not return. Who to complain about in such a case? Everything was done electronically. And what to do now.
