Such a poor service

Placed the order on Sunday morning with next day delivery. paid for delivery everything, next day nothing no updates if my order is getting prepared or anything like all normal company’s does, got in contact with customer service nothing. no updates they dont know if this is ready or will be ready, waited till afternoon again contacted...
