Inspectors with inadequate education
Hello. For several years now, exchanging information between colleagues working in the field of food, we find that Devonport FVS employs a former waitress who has not graduated even food technologists, but only hotel and restaurant managers - now controls companies, goes to companies where she previously worked, or her husband and right there imposes huge penalties. Does the FVS consider this to be normal? The most unpleasant thing is that this newly appointed official is not competent in his field and often entrepreneurs have a stronger education. It would be the same if you compare the doctor with the sanitary!  Can anyone else Jelgavnieks add anything so that they can write an official letter to the FVS/ p>
