No sunglasses inside the delivered packaging just and empty box.

I have today received a delivery from UPS which should of been a pair of sunglasses. The security tape around the packaging was already opened. Looking inside the packaging the box that should of contained the sunglasses, but there was no sunglasses. Please could you let me know what to do next.

Complaint against Sunglass Hut staff

I have been trying to get the Regional Manager to call me back. I was told my sunglasses were scratch resistant which was a lie tried to return them to buy a different pair was told no way no how forget it. User’s recommendation: Buy off Ebay or Marketplace.

Greet and ask consumers if they need help

Location: cielo vista mall El Paso TX. Me and my partner walked in the store with not getting greeted on. While looking around the sales associate did not ask us for help. Also when looking at a pair the sales associate opened a drawer without saying excuse me. Sales associate also greeted others without hesitation.
