Bought a heated blanket on amazon from sunbeam, and was defective. Burned my skin and only half of the blanket the upper part was heated my feet were cold. Contacted customer service and was sent a replacement blanket, which was worse than the first one. Only 1/4 of it heated up and left burns on my feet...

Poor service
I made a purchase on Guess. com a month ago, but the package was not delivered on time and the store ignored my refund request. The store offers me to try to contact Itella myself and find out about delivery. I already know about Itella, because this company delivered me packages from other stores, which, by the way, were made later than Guess. com. The service is terrible, couriers ask to leave the house to receive a parcel, as well as always miss or arrive at the wrong time. After this experience, I just don't want to buy anything abroad so I don't have to meet Itella again. In the past, when the parcel was delivered by Australian Post, it was delivered at the time that the store promised (within 5-7 days), now I have been waiting for my purchase from Guess. com for more than a month. I already want to cancel the order and get my money back, but now the store is silent.
