Poor service
2016. On May 18, I ordered a sofa - I paid half - more than 300 dollars! Promised that the sofa will arrive in five weeks, maybe sooner! When I became interested after five weeks, I ordered further and said that the contract was written for up to 8 weeks. I waited another three weeks, called every third day for two weeks! Then they have a delay in loading the car in Poland, then the manager is not on site, then he does not see the list on his computer, then asks to call on Friday, Friday tells that it will be Monday, Monday tells that Wednesday! In the tenth week I told you to count the money! I went after, still tried to persuade that on Friday there really will be a sofa! The chef himself is in Poland personally and solves everything! I said it wasn't easier for me, I took the money and everything! I said callwhen the sofa is brought, I'm still waiting... : ) The service is simply unbearable, on the verge of rudeness, but when the money has to be paid, then kindly and kindly like the sun! Be careful, bend this office! PS And one more thing - when we made the first deposit, we didn't want to make a check at all, it's good that we insisted, otherwise we would be left without money!
