17. I placed an order in the online store 1a in December, when ordering the product there was an indication that the product will be delivered by December 19. December 19 came, but from the online store no news or memories, so I called myself - replied that they have received the payment and the product will be delivered by next Monday - December 22. Then on December 22, 23 I also tried to call, which I managed only on the evening of December 23, to which I was told that they had received the payment, but I could not say anything more, and that the sales manager would call me. Of course, without waiting for a call back, on December 27 I called and asked how it was in the end with the product I had ordered. As a late Christmas present, I received that the product had been removed from the product catalog and was no longer available.and I can choose another product or get a refund within 3 working days. Everything should be clear, just shouldn't you really call and warn yourself?
