Never received my order & they will not respond

They told me my order was delivered in Idaho but I live in Ohio. Now they will not respond to my emails, refund my money or re-ship. And their phone number doesn’t work. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! User’s recommendation: This is a SCAM don’t waste your money. I never received my order.
