Poor service
Today, 24. 01. 2017, I decided to have lunch with my friends in the pub "kIRMIS". I have been there before and there was no such terrible problem. I chose the out-of-lunch set I had tried before and tasted it. Without any warnings, nothing, the order was accepted and everything went smoothly. The problem started 30 minutes later when we started wondering where our order is. There came both colleagues who sat next to each other, managed to eat and leave, everyone around received their orders, and it looks like they have chosen a lunch offer that seems cheaper than ordering something that is on the menu. After waiting 52 minutes (yes I took the time) we received our order, did not apologize for the delay, nothing as put it left. Before that I asked 2 times where our order is, quietly under the nose "have to wait a little longer", avoided the conversation and the young man ran away. In any other place I've gone, long orders are warned about them. It seems the more you pay, the longer you have to wait. It also makes you wonder what happens to your lunch order in the event that the food is not already made by someone from the previous day? The food is very tasty, and that's why I'll visit this place one day with a keen eye, but the service has no idea how to work with customers, nor that in such cases you have to be able to apologize to the customer, because nothing is specific without potatoes with chops there. it did not take the order execution time to take 52 minutes. Given that people there go to lunch, not everyone has time to place, place, and back to work for 1h30min. Would not recommend it more than would recommend this place to others, maybe if the staff would start caring for customers, maybe then. The chefs cook well, maybe it's their fault that I don't know for so long, but the service tragically saves.
