Poor service
There was a need to see a doctor and wanted to contact us by phone and book an appointment, but since I hadn't called here in a long time, even I had forgotten about their special service. Call 1x, no one picks up, the call is not connected later, the call is picked up again and the phone is dropped immediately, the call is made a few more times at half-hourly and hourly intervals and of course no living soul picks up the phone. Then I remembered a similar situation the last time I called there. I don't understand what they do there if they can't communicate for hours. In the end, I spat and signed up elsewhere. The phone just looks at them, doesn't perform its function at all!
