Loses or steals a shipment!
Australian Pasts somehow accidentally lost a recorded shipment to me. The shipment included a mobile phone with a Sim card and a memory card, which I forgot during my visit. Sent the package and did not come. Somewhere halfway, the packet disappeared. I wrote an application where the package was left, but the answer was somewhere, we don't know where. We wrote an application for damages, but I was paid a ridiculous benefit, although I indicated in the application what was missing and that we can get a statement from AuMobile that the phone in question is blocked and also a Sim card. Article 18 of the Postal Law . Material liability of the postal service provider for domestic items (1) A postal service provider shall pay compensation in the amount of one hundred times the collected registration fee for a lost registered postal item, regardless of its content and weight. I deserve a much larger amount. But they say, know nothing, go to court again! Everyone in this country seems to be doing what comes to mind.
