Still haven’t received confirmation nor product

I ordered at the beginning of the month, I never received a confirmation, tracking or anything. I was charged, I emailed twice and still have not gotten any reply or any of my products. It almost seems like a scam but I was so excited to get my stuff and now I’m not happy
