Horrible sight that is misleading and a huge rip off

I am more than disgusted at this ridiculous company. How dare they sell me assigned seating in a venue that is general admission STANDING ROOM ONLY? My mother is handicapped and I spent close to $400 and we couldn’t even watch the show.
