Stubhub is a scam

Purchased tickets that were never received. Tried to call the company on multiple occasions with two hour hold times and nobody answering. Today they were saying that they were having technical issues and unless my event is today, they cant help me. I have tried to tweet them numerous times as well. User’s recommendation: Don’t do it.

Can not access customer service and the event isin less than 24 hrs

Waited 3 hrs on phone and gave up last night. Now going on 23 minutes. I got a link to email them. Send photos of tickets. Now fear I have been scammed by yet another entity. Lastly, I i ordered and paid for vip tickets and received general admission tickets.
