Poor service

I wanted to buy cream for Linola urea, A- pharmacy at 90 AnninmuiZha boulevard. can be ordered from the base for tomorrow, wrote down my phone number, and then the requirement followed - pay an advance! The question arises - is it a pharmacy or some kind of office of a moneylender?!?
