There are mostly older people who are afraid to leave because they will not be able to get a job elsewhere at their age and are working for months, hopingthat maybe one day he will get his salary. Attitude towards employees - for the fact that a person "dares" to ask for his salary, who has not received it for several months, he is depleted from the beginning and then fired. I saw and heard it myself. At best, if an employee asks for a salary, Ruta Blaua says verbally - walk away if you don't like something you're still doing here! The employees called the State Labor Inspectorate several times, in my time they had come 3 times, drank coffee, ate meatballs and also left - the employees did not change anything about it - they did not get their contracts or salary. Employees have reasonable suspicions that Ruta is also engaged in corruption - I hope that one day she will also come to the attention of KNAB! The Labor Inspectorate also replied to the employees by telephone that there were numerous violations and irregularities in this institution,just don't understand why then they didn't fix it! Because everything continues there until now! If anyone reads me from the workers' law enforcement agencies, please help those poor tantuks and uncles who are slaves to that awful shit called Tarbat's cuisine, which shames and tarnishes Staburag's reputation. Ruta Blaua is dishonest, cynical, rude, two-faced, stingy! Ruta Blaua works under the management of the private university National College!
