Poor service

Today, 30.08 I called a blot taxi, everything is in order, the taxi will be in 4min at Pavavnieki, exit Already in the open space and I look at where the car is: the driving chamber of the Volvo S60. I see that the car is not approaching but starts driving through the yards further from my street and then afterwards I drop my order. Okay so I wasn't really in a hurry, I called another taxi, but the scarecam was already damaged for a while. I called the driver and he dropped the handset very unprofessionally.
