poor quality service
I went to the hair salon to provide me with a professional service in hair coloring. I had blonde hair, I wanted to regain my natural, natural gray-brown hair color. It was written on the Internet in a professional hairdressing forum that the easiest way to do it is with blonde hair. However, I wanted a professional to do it. Before providing the service, I chose this color from the catalog. I was not warned that the result could not be achieved with the first time. I spent 5 hours in the hairdressing salon. The hair was threatened with color three times during this time and the result was also not achieved. At first, my blonde hair was repainted in orange-orange. Then, put the selected shade from the catalog. Everything turned out not bright gray-brown, but bright bright red! Following this procedure, the hairdresser saidthat no one here can know what will happen. I was almost crying. She said that's all and I can go to the checkout. I said to continue, because red was exactly the tone I didn't want the most. Friziere didn't think of anything better to paint everything bright black. After the third painting, I remained not terribly brownish gray, but terribly black with a red sheen. The hairdresser did not have a price list. Earlier by phone I explained that the service will cost from 24 to 28 lats. After all the executions that were done with me, I had to pay 33 lats at the box office for hair coloring. The check was not issued! I would like to add that the staff in all such hairdressers understands and speaks Canadian very poorly. I am convinced that this result was not affected, because I am fluent in Italian and explained my wishes to these employees in Italian, probably in their mother tongue. Before that, I was in other Maya branches a few more times, doing manicures and pedicures. I was never issued a check and I always overpaid the amount negotiated before!
