The big box store is a lie the territory managers treat the dealers like crap un less you seem to be John Deere or cal ranch. Dont buy into stihl lies on tv its only a gimmic User’s recommendation: Stay away.

I am appalled that you allow scams to use your product on line and ruin your reputation. The battery chainsaw that I ordered and got cheated on convinces me to stay away from your products in the future. User’s recommendation: Avoid all Stihl products.
