Very Unkind Workers

There are real sheep in this department. I've always come out of the mail annoyed. Today my package was accepted by the cashier at the 3rd box office. The answer to all the questions at the beginning was "Well but of course.. " "Well yes,.. ". I do not send packages every day, and despite the fact that I constantly asked various questions, she never tried to help me and explain how to fill in the leaflets. Maybe he should be sent to some courses where he will be told what is smiling, politeness and not burning. And the shipments are not delivered either, they just throw the leaflet in the mailbox and with yesterday's date (always!). Consignments come often and almost always someone is at home, and somehow it is suspicious that the postman always comes when there is no moment. If the mail does not already carry a parcel, but only throws a piece of paper, then this should also be indicated. For my mother in Teika, the postman was interested in how many times to send the parcels, because she was not home by carrying ONE PACKAGE twice. So how does this count as an extra welcome from the Teika postman? Should it be?
