Fed ex not willing to take parcel

I was told by manager brad longsworth that their policy on the size of packages they will send through fed ex has recently been changed. They turned me away with a large heavy package even though it was within the current guideline. Very inconvenient and disrespectful to customers. User’s recommendation: Do not use this service.
