Not able to access any data

My tracker is not registering any data at all and had a charge of 75% yesterday but I cant tell how much today because it is need sending any data. My last position was at 2:48 am today

Can’t access account

Texting doesnt do justice in try to help me with my account, you folks definitely need a tech support line that you call into and be walked through to get things solved. Its a good idea you guys start one ASAP User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this product until they improve their tech support by phone contact.
