I placed an order. I never got an email confirming.

I tried to track my order but it kept coming back telling me no such order. I screenshot the original order information so I have the number but I cant get the tracking information. My email is rentin2@***.com my confirmation #ECSFl109****. The money has already come out of my account

Did not receive product ; also no response to 3 emails asking for order

Ordered products from them on 5/30/2020. Funds went out of my account on 6/01/2020 Order #ECSFI770098 confirmed. Have not received product OR refund despite 3 emails to them User’s recommendation: Avoid purchasing from company.
