My complaint is that I ordered merchandise on April 22nd it was never shipped. Emailed company twice no response. I would like a full refund. Several complaints on website regarding this company not sending merchandise or giving consumers their money back. I want someone to investigate this company. I reached out to Spotify to help me letting them know that this company was s stealing money from people using their platform to sell merchandise. They told me there is nothing they can do. How many more people have to have this happen to them. User's recommendation: Please do not shop their online store.
