Poor Service
Optus lies about its internet speed. I pay 23. 50 AU$ per month, writes that the minimum guaranteed speed is 6mb / s, but in reality it is not. Internet speed is 500-700kb / s. I called and asked why is that? I got the answer that the internet speed is low because I have interactive television. I specially disconnected the internet wires for the TVs and as a result I received only 1. 2mb / s. Why lie? Why do I have to pay 23. 50 AU$ for a speed that is not? Really... This fare at 17. 50 is even faster than the internet at 23. 50.
