Attitude towards passengers

I'm shocked by the whole mood. The slack of time, humiliated me, that I had not counted the money correctly yet and I wanted to embrace him. Unfortunately, I don't know the driver's name either. That being said, should drivers really be given paper money instead of cash? I gave a little more detail to free up space in the wallet, it did not satisfy the driver.
