Today I contacted an employee of Studio Decollete Teika to apply for eyebrow correction. The only vacancy was in the evening at 20:30, during the conversation the administrators mentioned that I better come a little later after 20:30, before nine, when I asked when exactly to be a little before nine, I got the answer that about 20:40 I went to the salon, because I don't live near it. When I arrived at the salon a few minutes late (after the salon's heart rate was 20:45), the receptionist replied that I could no longer be accepted because I was late. This is not the first time I came to the salon and was not accepted, the first time I applied to the hairdresser, unfortunately I was registered in the wrong branch. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment of me as a customer, because the employee herself made a note so late, but when the customer arrives, he announces that, unfortunately, he will no longer accept. In my opinion, rude treatment of the customer!
