Tracing the parcel by the sender's Hermes identification number, I found that my parcel is in the iExpress Australia sorting terminal. It had arrived on December 13. I called iExpress Australia and asked to find my package. I received an answer that the only way to find the package is the identification number assigned to DPD. The sender of the parcel had not provided me with the iExpress number. When asked where I can find out this number, the answer was that iExpress Australia does not advise on issues concerning other postal delivery companies. In the meantime, iExpress Australia sent the package back. During the period from 18. 12. until 21. 12. I called iExpress Australia customer service specialists four times, wrote 4 e-mails.
