Bad treatment of customers
Bad treatment of customers, contacted me by a person from the holding department, offered a cheaper tariff plan for 2 years. After about 2 months, another colleague called, said that my plan would not be in force soon, offered to choose a more expensive plan. The next day I went to another operator, I feel satisfied.   After another 2 months, a notification came from creditreform about debt collection, without paying the bill to the bee. I didn't get an invoice from the bees when I walked away from them, they usually come to the e-mail electronically and you can log in to their website to see the current invoices. Nothing appeared on their website because it was removed from the system. How to pay the bill for which you have no information or idea? In the end, I had to pay half the bill for credit reform. Be careful, shameless attitude from the bee!
