My gas meter broke and they charged me for 291 therms in March of this year and they have never corrected the charge.

My gas meter recorded a huge change of therms in March 2021 so they sent someone out to check the meter and it was deemed broken and the person changed the meter on May 5, 2021. Normal usage is in the low 30’s with the January usage of 48 therms. Per my records I have called the... Read more ➤

Need more people to work

These people at Southwest Gas, need more people to work, the hold time is so bad that you wait 45 minutes or more It is ridiculous what they put people thru on hold. Repeated misbillings, unable to get SWG to resond

SWG repeatedly has claimed my payments have been returned by my bank, though the bank says they have had no payments presented or refused. Very difficult to access it .I continue to receive my bill online, but am unable to access my account on line I had to install this App on my I phone . This is rediculous since SWG send me bill onl

This is ridiculous,since SWGas continue to send me email with my bill, yet I am unable to install SWG App on line via my Laptop or computer &; had to install this App on my I phone WHY? I pay all my bills online via Laptop. This APP stinks in my opinion
