Fraud, poor service

I ordered a lens, but I received an email again as if I had ordered a canon printer. A call later follows and I am told that I have ordered both a lens and a printer. I say I didn't order the printer, but I'm still trying to sell it to me. The lens costs almost 300 dollars, but in the end they still try to collect 7 dollars for delivery. I buy on the board often, but this is the first time I have experienced such fraud!
