Garbage removal

I am already tired of that office in Talsi, Karreivju Street 6! The two ladies who work there at least three times a year have something to do with invoicing, which results in the waste being stopped. Upon arrival at the OFFICE, one of the employees draws up a current invoice with prepayment. All in all, I paid fairly for five months, suddenly I don't take it out again! Again, I go to the office to look for the truth, where the other person tells me I pay the bill in arrears and I still owe ~ 10. 00 AU$ shtrunts with that money, once that bardak ends there?
