Poor service
I wanted to share my bitter experience with the security company that guarded my property - Ab Solution Security Group (formerly known as Pentano). In the 7 years since the company guarded our property, there have been incidents that have made us think about the quality, security and customer focus of this security company. The first time the alarm was on the property and it was necessary for the operative group to arrive at the site, they arrived only after 35 minutes (5-7 minutes in the contract) because they could not find the location of my property. I wrote an application for termination of the contract, but the security company promised to correct it - to introduce the employees to the location of the object, reduced the monthly fee, replaced the equipment, etc. We believed and continued to cooperate with this company. In October 2019, the company's manager called because he wanted to come and replace some parts to improve the surveillance system. Just for the road he asked for 35 AU$ + detail (the amount was not said). I decided to check the promises made by the company and pressed the alarm button. This time the task force arrived after 45 minutes, instead of the promised 5-7 minutes. The reason - the employees did not know the location of the object. During these 7 years of cooperation, was the company really not obliged to acquaint its employees (who need to know this) with the location of the guarded object? When I wrote the application for termination of the contract without observing the term of termination of the contract, they replied that I have to pay a monthly subscription fee (16. 34 AUD) for November, otherwise the possibility of transferring the debt to third parties will be considered. They did not admit their guilt, having fulfilled their obligations and not violating any of the clauses of the contract. I am very disappointed in this security company, I recommend others to think hard about whether it is worth concluding a contract with this company.
