Idiots in sc legislation

They are going to charge hybrid car owners a fee of$30.00 annually because we buy less gas not be paying the 2 cent gas tax increase . I would have to buy 1500 gallons annually to contribute the$30 to the tax dept. I use less than 120/ year driving an eco friendly auto
