I bought a coffee machine with a coffee friend. Venipak courier brought the coffee machine, as soon as we packed it back, we noticed - in a broken box, which almost imperceptibly hit the coffee machine (unfortunately we did not notice right away), BUT calling the Coffee Friend in the morning, saying that the coffee machine does not work, I received an answer it is not their responsibility that it does not work, they only trade! You can drive back (100 km)! You cannot call any of the numbers, only with a 7th time! When we packed back to take these, we noticed a bump, we sent pictures, to which Coffee Friend replied that he offered 2 options: prepare the service! And not an option to exchange for a new and working one! Seriously! I bought a new one, it brings me beaten and makes me do it again, and I am offended to be beaten myself! I'm still waiting for a solution, but unequivocally - Coffee Friend is a friend only while selling, but if you deliver scratches or bumps, it sews loose and blames the buyer for being hit! I do not recommend to anyone! The coffee machine cost 999 Eur, I expected that at such a price the service will definitely be of the highest class and the product will last a person's life, but when I decided to buy it at Coffee Friend and rely on their supplier Venipak, I was very wrong!,
