Poor warranty response on a terrible tv.

Called because of black out issue with TV purchased at Target. Was given a case number and transferred to another dept, I was left on hold and received no assistance at all in fact no one spoke to me at all and my call was disconnected. Poor quality product, 55” tv , awful complaint response . strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing one NOT to do called Sony got my information,

Tv keeps going blank. Had it checked out by infinity which included a new box. Reset according to company specs didn’t do any good. Called customer service that didn’t do any good either was transferred to another dept they did not respond and cut me off. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy Sony products.
