Service "friendly" for a patient who is ready to sign up and wait in line! Absolutely absurd application for the acute hour! On the morning of that day, exactly 8os should start calling the reception (and not the day before and not an hour later) where the answering machine says - everyone! (albeit officially one) operators are busy! Wait ~ 30 minutes to connect and sign up for that day's queue! Where do I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my (acute) recording time, because what have I imagined then - it is an acute hour, everyone wants it!? But when planning a routine visit, with the reckoning of having to wait in line, I recall that the entire appointment for two weeks is full and on my urging to make an appointment later, says the doctor does not allow the appointment to take more than two weeks to call next week or apply for the acute hour. In any case, a very good system is designed to benefit the doctor! If I want to use my patient once a year to go to the doctor without a patient fee, it is not possible, because in an acute hour you will always have to pay a patient fee, because it is urgent! Not to mention that the reception does not say (by signing up on the same day) that the doctor is already absent for 2 weeks and a substitute comes in front of you, who is neither in front nor in any way. Start asking about the damage!
