My account won’t let me log in

I tired logging in and it said I wasnt able to. I know all my passwords and it said it was locked, I shouldnt be locked

Account was wrongfully locked

A friend logged into his snap on my phone and posted on his story a few things then logged out and when I tried to login it said my account is temporarily locked. But I have done nothing wrong! Nothing is posted on my account at all, simply tried to login and said I cant.
