It’s been Two weeks i placed an order. Every time I call customer number they keep tell me that they dont have no idea. Worse company to deal with
I placed and order for 111 bags of chips and missing 40 bags. On top of that I had to adjust for a refund myself they don’t automatically charge you the right price. I’m 40 orders in and I didn’t know they don’t know how to count bags of chips in a box.
We were made ordering online. But, everytime I try to login. They ask me for my email and password. Which I give them. But,they say it’s invalid. I know my own email. Been a consumer for 20 yrs. You just lost a customer. I going to sell Golden Flakes products from now on.
We place order with Snacks To You ever other month. One, they never send invoice for your bill. Second when you place order for they make you go round and round even at the management level.
